Located in the centre of Leicester’s cultural quarter is Queen Street quarter, a 232 Apartment complex.
We have been upgrading the Lighting, Accessories, Distribution Board and Heating within each Apartment, during a major apartment refurbishment. We started this project in 2018 with a plan to complete all 232 apartments in 5 years.
Holy Apostles Church

Holy Apostles is an informal Church of England Church based in the west of Leicester.
Holy Apostles Church awarded us their Electrical Inspection of the church. We managed to complete this within the agreed day and caused minimum disturbance to the day to day running.
Everards Meadows

Everards Meadows is bar, restaurant and brewary located in Leicester.
Everards Meadows got in touch with us to carry out some energy monitoring for them as, with the price increase of energy, they were looking at ways they could efficientley save.
Morningside Arena
Project Type: Electrical Inspection and Testing
Morningside Arena is home of the Leicester Riders. It's also a multi-diverse venue holding events such as darts, bongo bingo and bollywood nights.
Morningside Arena awarded us their 3 yearly Inspection of the entire arena, comprising of over 10 Distribution boards and 200 Circuits. We managed to complete this within the agreed time frame of 2 weeks with minimum disturbance to the day to day running.
Hinckley Road, Leicester
Project Type: Property Refurbishment
Working alongside one of our Main Contractors, GreyWest. We transformed this 3 Bedroom Detached property into a 6 Bedroom Modern house. With a full rewire including new lighting including a Recessed LED Strip light, new sockets with additional points, outside light’s both front and back, ventilation, full aerial distribution system, intruder alarm, and 18th Edition fuse board with SPD protection.
Letchworth Road, Leicester
Project Type: Extension Upgrade
Our client had an upgrade done to their property for their kitchen. We had the job of installing the kitchen appliances, lighting and ceiling speakers. They also had a bathroom upgrade, which we did the lighting for, which included a mirror light and a strip light in the wall. The job also included some external lighting for their walk way and the front of the extension
The Store Room, Leicester
Project Type: Lighting Upgrade
The Store room asked us to do their LED lighting upgrade as part of their energy initiative. This including installing lighting to over 20 rooms and fitting over 100 new LED lights.
