All quotes, unless otherwise notified, are free of charge. One of engineers will do a site survey of the location of works needed and get as much information as possible so we can provide you with an accurate quote.
Yes of course! We understand that everyone operates to a different budget and aim to accommodate this as best as possible! Please let the engineer know when he comes to provide site survey that would like different pricing options and we will provide this for you.
We understand emergencies happen so our emergency call out's are charged at £75+vat and this is for a same day visit. This includes the first hour of an engineer attending the location of the emergency and either rectifying or making the issue safe.
All of our engineer's carry Square card readers, so we are able to take payment by card on site. We are able to accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple pay, Android pay and Google pay.
