''An elderly relative in the Whetstone area needed an electric shower fixing but needed my help to organise and pay for it. I selected Phase Elec based on their online reviews and after confirming with them (by using the online contact form) that they were able to accept payment by myself on behalf of my relative, despite the fact that I live 150+ miles away. I arranged for a visit within 3 days of my enquiry and the electrician turned up on time, found the fault (faulty isolation pull-cord switch) and replaced the faulty unit. They gave further advice to my relative before departing. Alice in the office kept me fully informed all along, was very responsive and kind. The price was what I expected for a call-out and replacement parts. Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience and would use them again."
